Just had an inspiring meeting with this guy, Anthony Willoughby. Absolute legend. Founder of the "cock-up club" (superb concept - whereby you celebrate your mistakes, the bigger the better, because they mean you have increased your wisdom!... ie - you lose £3m off a budget, you learn from it and should be praised!) and of "territory mapping" (taking tribal concepts and applying them to strategy - http://www.territorymapping.net/page/page/1802088.htm ).
